The ADF7021 device is a low-power narrowband dual-VCO RF transceiver, designed for operation in the sub-1GHz frequency bands.

RF Frequency Ranges: 80 to 650MHz and 862 to 950MHz
RF Output Power: up to +13dBm
Receiver Sensitivity: -130dBm @ 100bps, FSK
Modulation: FSK, GFSK, MSK, 3FSK or 4FSK
Support for Gaussian and Raised-Cosine transmit data filtering
Programmable IF filter bandwidth: 12.5kHz, 18.75kHz & 25kHz
OTA data rate: up to 32.8kbps
