RS PRO Crimp Die Set, Terminal


RS PRO crimping dies are tools you can use to connect your open wires to crimp-pin connectors. The dies work by tightly squeezing the pin connector and puncturing the connector holding the wires, to make sure they connect and stay connected.

These versatile dies are suitable for terminal sizes of 16 mm², 25 mm², 35 mm² and 50 mm², which means you can use them with a range of wire types. Crimping tools like these dies are often used in metalworking. You can also find them in applications where crimp-pin connectors are commonly used.

The connector pins are handled and packed in accordance with electrostatic discharge (ESD) ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 and with British (BS EN 61340-5-1:2007) and American (ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014) electrostatic discharge (ESD) requirements. This means you can rest assured that the risk of electrostatic discharge is reduced to a minimum.
