The Infineon makes this protected single channel smart High-Side NMOS-Power Switch in a PG-DSO-8 package with charge pump, CMOS compatible input and diagnostic feedback. It can be used in applications like, with all types of resistive, inductive and capacitive loads, as a power switch for 12V and 24V DC applications with CMOS compatible control interface, driver for electromagnetic relays and power management for high-side-switching with low current consumption in OFF-mode.
