The Microchip High side load switch is designed to operate from 1.7V to 5.5V input voltage, featuring an internal 14.5mΩ RDSON N-Channel MOSFET that supports up to 3A of continuous current. It also supports 1.5V logic level control and shutdown features, all within a compact 1.5mm x 1mm 6-ball WLCSP package. The device offers reverse current protection, preventing current flow from the output to the input when the device is turned off, ensuring reliable operation and protection for the system.
