The Infineon Eval-M3-CM615PN features the IFCM15P60GD, one of the CIPOS™ Mini product family, which combines a 3-phase inverter stage with a PFC stage based on TRENCHSTOP™ IGBTs. It enables rapid prototyping of various inverter zed motor control systems, for example fans, pumps and compressors, in combination with active PFC.
