The Infineon 500 kHz high density 3 kW GaN rectifier for server and telecom applications. It is a 3.3 kW high frequency and high density PSU for server and datacentre applications. The front end AC DC converter is a two phase SiC interleaved bridgeless totem pole stage for power factor correction, while the high frequency DC to DC converter to provide isolation and regulate output voltage is a GaN LLC half bridge, with full bridge rectification.
