This PLC (programmable logic controller) from Siemens is designed for fast, basic control automation tasks. The intelligent logic module provides a variety of options to connect to a range of standard signal types. For added versatility, it can communicate with third-party systems via its integrated Modbus TCP (transmission control protocol) communication system. It has drag-and-drop technology to simplify writing logic programmes, meaning you don't need any knowledge of HTML (hypertext markup language) to operate it. Pre-programmed functions include an on/off delay, a weekly timer and a stopwatch for added convenience.
