RS PRO Beige Polyetheretherketone PEEK Rod, 300mm x 16mm Diameter

This incredibly tough polyetheretherketone PEEK rod is from our tried-and-tested RS PRO range. Readily machinable, it comes in a length of 300 mm and can be configured to suit various applications.

PEEK GF30 is resistant to most environmental agents. With excellent chemical, hydrolysis, abrasion and even radiation resistance, this rod is suitable for most situations. It won't be damaged by fire nor water and can tolerate temperatures of up to +260°C. UL 94 V-0 rating means it has low flammability and burning stops within 10 seconds. This rod also has low moisture absorption and high creep resistance so retains its shape and rigidity for a long time.

This product has been subject to stringent testing to comply with international standards. Offering exceptional dimensional stability and thermal-mechanical strength, this PEEK rod is ideal for many highly demanding applications including insulators, plug connectors and support rings.
