RS PRO Key Aluminium Safety Padlock, 6mm Shackle, 40mm Body

These aluminium safety padlocks from our RS PRO series combine durability and security in a compact design. Unless you have the key, they’re almost impossible to open. A tumbler cylinder makes them hard to pick and they're double-locked, so won’t open even if the shackle is cut. However, this is unlikely to happen as the shackles are made from hardened steel.

What’s more, these are connected to an aluminium body for extra strength. Aluminium is weatherproof and corrosion-resistant for a long-lasting product that will work both indoors and out. They only measure 40 mm across so you can use these padlocks even when space is limited.

This product has been handled and packaged in accordance with the ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007 Electrostatic Control Standards. Safety padlocks can be used wherever you need to secure something such as a bike chain or a locker.

These padlocks can be used indoor and outdoor but cannot be used at the seaside/ saline environment/ moisture environment. As the wrong application will cause the product to rust and not work effectively.
