Keysight introduces the InfiniiVision HD3 Series, a 14-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) oscilloscope delivering four times the signal resolution and half the injected noise of other general-purpose oscilloscopes.

Perform digital debugging using a portable oscilloscope with a custom ASIC that delivers 4x more vertical resolution and half the injected noise of other general-purpose oscilloscopes.
