The Vishay The TCMT110 series Optocoupler consist of a phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode in a 4 pin package. The elements are mounted on one leadframe providing a fixed distance between input and output for highest safety requirements. It is low profile half pich package can be used in wide ambient temperature range.
