The Silicon Labs EFM32 Pearl Gecko Microcontrollers feature a powerful 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 Core. They offer a wide array of peripherals and in particular their unique cryptographic hardware engine supporting AES, ECC, and SHA.

With low current active mode and short wake-up times, Jade Gecko Microcontrollers are perfect for battery powered applications and other low energy systems.

Jade and Pearl Gecko Microcontroller families use the same development kit (SLSTK3401A, RS 922-4814).
