STM32F303/313 Series Microcontrollers, STMicroelectronics

The STMicroelectronics ARM Cortex-M4 STM32 F303 and STM32 F313 mixed signal microcontrollers for embedded applications with DSP, MPU (memory protection unit), ETM (embedded trace macrocell) and FPU (floating point unit) instructions.
The STM32 F3 ARM® Cortex™ 32-bit RISC core devices operate in the 72MHz frequency range and come with many integrated peripherals including DACs, ADCs, CCM, comparators and motor control timers. The STM32F303/313 microcontroller offers a memory architecture which allows the user to carry out time critical routines in ultrafast RAM memory. The Cortex M4 MCU also features capacitive touch sensing, RTC and USART, SPI, I2C, USB 2.0 FS and CAN 2.0B communication interfaces.

The STM32 F3 series of mixed-signal MCUs with DSP and FPU instructions combines a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 core running at 72MHz with an advanced analogue peripheral set.
