Renesas Electronics R7F102GGE2DFB#AA0, 16bit CPU Microcontroller, RL78/G22, 32MHz, 64 KB Flash, 48-Pin LFQFP

The Renesas Electronics Microcontrollers has 48 pin and in plastic LFQFP package with 7 ´ 7 mm, 0.50 mm pitch. This microcontroller uses ultra low power consumption technology. It has CISC architecture with 3 stage pipeline and minimum instruction execution time can be changed from high to ultra low speed. It supports 2 KB data flash memory and 8 to 10 bit resolution ADC converter.
