The dsPIC30F Digital Signal Controllers provides the performance of a DSP and simplicity of an MCU. Well suited for applications that benefit from a wide operating voltage (2.5 to 5.5V), extremely low standby current, integrated EEPROM and for the designers that prefer 5V operation due to systems considerations. The 30MIPS dsPIC30F variants integrate motor control peripherals, SMPS peripherals and a Codec interface that enable advanced motor control algorithms, efficient digital power converters and speech & audio applications. Small package DSCs with high performance ADC are best suited for smart sensing applications.
