The Microchip technology ATMEGA family type, TQFP package, surface mount, 44-pin AVR RISC-based processor with hardware multiplier 8-bit has a maximum voltage rating of 5.5 V. This microcontroller operates at a maximum speed of 20MHz and features 32kb ISP flash program memory, 2kb of internal SRAM and 1kb of EEPROM. It has 39 programmable I/O lines. The microcontroller has a real-time counter, five flexible timers/counters with compare modes, PWM, 3 UARTs and 8-channel 10-bit A/D converter.
