The Microchip technology ATMEGA4809-AFR family type, TQFP package, surface mount, 48-pin AVR processor with a hardware multiplier 8-bit microcontroller has a maximum voltage rating of 5.5V. The microcontroller operates at a maximum speed of 20MHz and features 48kb ISP flash program memory, 6kb of internal SRAM and 256kb of EEPROM. It has a real-time counter, PWM, 16-channel 10-bit A/D converter, watchdog timer (WDT), configurable custom logic (CCL) and timing/waveform/measurement control. The series uses the latest core independent peripherals with low power features. It includes the event system, intelligent analogue advanced peripherals.
