The Microchip technology PIC32 family type, TQFP package, surface mount, 100-pin 32-bit PIC has a maximum voltage rating of 3.6V. The microcontroller operates at a maximum speed of 250MHz and features 2Mb ISP flash program memory and 512kb SRAM. It is used in embed designs.
