Ultra-low-power microcontrollers family (STM32L4+ Series) based on Arm® Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC core. Operates at frequency up to 120Mhz. The Cortex-M4 core features a single-precision FPU which supports all Arm® single-precision data-processing instructions and data types. Cortex-M4 core implements a full set of DSP instructions and MPU, enhancing security. Devices embed high-speed memories (2Mb Flash memory, 640Kbs SRAM), FSMC for static memories (for 100 pins and more), 2 OctoSPI Flash memories interface and an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses, 2 AHB buses and 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix.
