The EFM8BB31F16I-4QFN24 is part of the Busy Bee family of 8051 based 8-bit MCUs. Built on top of a low power platform this device operates at 50 MHz. The EFM8BB31F16I-4QFN24 includes 16 kB Flash, 2.25 kB RAM, 20 Dig I/O Pins, 6 x 16-bit Timers, 0 PCA Channels, -40 to 125 ºC temperature range, Industrial grade, 4x4 QFN24 package, and additional communication peripherals.
