The Microchip Microcontroller features a C Compiler Optimized RISC Architecture with an operating speed of DC to 32 MHz clock input and a minimum instruction time of 125 ns. It offers up to 28 KB of Program Flash Memory and up to 2 KB of Data SRAM Memory. The Memory Access Partition (MAP) allows the Program Flash Memory to be divided into an Application Block, Boot Block, and Storage Area Flash (SAF) Block.
