The Microchip Microcontroller features a C Compiler Optimized RISC Architecture with an operating speed of DC to 32 MHz clock input and a minimum instruction time of 125 ns. It offers up to 28 KB of Program Flash Memory and up to 2 KB of Data SRAM Memory. The Memory Access Partition (MAP) allows the Program Flash Memory to be divided into an Application Block, Boot Block, and Storage Area Flash (SAF) Block. Additionally, it includes programmable code protection and write protection for enhanced security.
