The 1492-SPM miniature circuit breakers are current limiting and can be easily mounted on a DIN rail. The 1492-SPM series allows installation of up to six accessories on the same circuit breaker so that you can optimise your safety system with ease.

Type D MCB’s are usually used for specific industrial and commercial applications with very high inductive loads and where high inrush current frequently occurs, for example with x-ray machines, large winding motors, transformers, and welding equipment. A type D MCB will trip instantly at a rate of ten to twenty-five times its rated current.
