The Johnson Electric AC laminated solenoid is a T-shaped laminated electromagnetic device. AC laminated solenoid is a combination of metal core and a coil of wire. The core is finished with laminated metal to reduce stray currents and possesses unique ability to hold an extremely heavy load with noiseless operation. The plunger and laminated frame are machined to provide a smooth and flush contact surface.
