74LS Family Inverters & Buffers, Texas Instruments


Texas Instruments range of Inverters and Buffers from the 74LS Family of Low Power Schottky Logic ICs. The 74LS Family use bipolar junction technology coupled with Schottky diode clamps to achieve operating speeds equal to the original 74TTL family but with much lower power consumption.

The Texas Instruments SN74LS07 series offers hex buffers and drivers feature high-voltage open-collector outputs to interface with high-level circuits or for driving high-current loads. They are also characterized for use as buffers for driving TTL inputs. These devices have a rated output voltage of 30 V. The maximum sink current is 40 mA.
