LedEngin SMT LZ1 Series LEDs
The LZ1 series of LEDs, from LedEngin Inc, are single die, surface mount LEDs in a compact package. They offer high luminous efficacy from a small ceramic package with an integrated glass lens.
The LZ1 LED devices work in high ambient temperatures and high humidity, making them ideal for outdoor applications which require a robust package. Offering high reliability, the high quality materials used for the LZ1 LEDs allows for optimisation of light output and a reduction in any potential stresses on the device. These LEDs are also designed with thermally insulated phosphor layers which offer both a consistent CCT over time and temperature and a spatially uniform colour across the radiation pattern. Ideal applications for LedEngins LZ1 series include; security lighting, horticulture, photo therapy, architectural lighting, street lighting and automotive/aviation/marine lighting.
