The Rohde & Schwarz Transformer test cables is designed for measuring transformers and transducers in combination with the transformer measurement functions of the R&S LCX LCR meters. It is a convenient tool for measuring the mutual inductance, turns ratio and phase angle of a transformer in the frequency range up to 100 kHz. To perform the measurement, the primary and secondary windings of the transformer to be measured are connected to the test leads according to the circuit diagram printed on the test fixture.
