The JRC Jacket Locarno is a versatile soft shell 2-layer padded jacket designed for both comfort and functionality. Made from 100% polyester stretch, it offers flexibility and durability while providing water resistance. The jacket features polyester padding and lining for warmth, along with detachable sleeves and a hood with a drawstring for customizable coverage. Reflective thin bands on the sides enhance visibility, while the covered zippers protect against the elements. This jacket meets Cat. DPI/PPE Category I standards, EC standards, and EN ISO 13688:2013/A1:2021 protection levels.
