Safeguard a pump, valve, or circuit against contamination with this spin-on filter can from RS PRO. It keeps your hydraulic system clean and prevents wear when mounted inline using the threaded mounting holes on the top of the head.


A three-function valve is included with the filter. Once the opening pressure is attained, a forward bypass valve lets unfiltered oil bypass the contaminated part. A reverse flow valve enables reverse flow through the filter head without having to back-flush the element. During element changes, a non-return valve stops the supply line from draining.


For strength and long-lasting performance, the filter head is made of spheroidal graphite cast iron, and the filter bowl is made of cold-drawn steel. This makes it suitable for use in a variety of industrial settings. This type of low-pressure filter can is commonly used in agricultural and mining equipment.
