As the device produces less than 40ps of jitter, you can place edges precisely and reduce the risk of timing errors. Thanks to its 16-bit resolution, you can make output changes as small as 1μV for a high degree of accuracy. This generator also features a low harmonic distortion of 0.04% to produce clear signals.

How can I create custom or advanced waveforms?


You can use the Waveform Builder Basic or the BenchLink Waveform Builder Pro software to create custom and advanced waveforms for testing. You can also use Excel or MATLAB to capture frequencies and download them to your system for editing.
