RS PRO Thread Die, M10 x 1 mm Pitch, 1 in OD


This precision-engineered, split form die from RS PRO can be used to reclaim damaged threads, reducing the need to replace a thread when it wears out. The die is made from high-speed steel (HSS) that can cut cleanly through the damaged thread to restore it to its original condition.
This die nut can be used to reclaim threads with a size of M10 and a pitch of 1 mm. It measures one inch (about 25 mm) in diameter.
The die nut meets the requirements of US (ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014) and European (BS EN 61340-5-1:2007) electrostatic control standards, meaning that it won't damage equipment via electrostatic discharge. Die nuts are commonly used to reclaim the threads of pipes as well as threads in hydraulic installations and in individual parts for maintenance.
