The Igus chainflex cables from igus are designed with one message in mind, “cost down, life up”. With our TPE jacket material, we provide products that can cope with highly demanding applications adopting very high abrasion resistance whilst providing excellent protection levels when faced with harsh chemical and oil-based environments. Unscreened control cables are used in a wide variety of applications where EMC/EMI/Cross talk is not an issue. Core sizes range from 0.25mm²-16mm², with core identification using DIN 47100 colour coding or with black cores, white numerals + earth (GY) depending on the size of core required.CF9 is designed for heavy duty applications supported by its almost unlimited resistance to oil and bio-oils. Ideal for use on indoor and outdoor applications, supported by a working temperature range from -55°C to up +100°C. Typical application areas include; storage and retrieval units, machining units/machine tools, quick handling, clean room, semiconductor insertion, outdoor cranes, low temperature applications.
