The Intesis gateway facilitates the integration of any LON device or installation with a BACnet-based Building Management System (BMS) or any BACnet/IP or BACnet MS/TP controller. This integration allows LON devices, their network variables (SNVT), and resources to be accessed and controlled from a BACnet-based control system or device as if they were part of the BACnet system. Additionally, it enables BACnet resources to be accessed from the LON network, ensuring seamless communication and interoperability between the LON and BACnet systems for efficient building automation.
