How Mixer Nozzles Work

Mixer nozzles are designed with a helical mixing baffle, which ensures full mixing of the materials you put in your gun. The materials are forced to combine as they pass along the length of the nozzle. After traveling through the nozzle, the mixed material is forced from the tip of the nozzle to the point of application.

Types of Mixer Nozzles

There are different types of mixer nozzles depending on how many elements you want to mix and the size of your cartridges. You can choose from 45ml to 400ml cartridge size and from seven to twenty supported mixing elements.
