Weller WXR 3031 Soldering Station Set

Introducing the WXR 3031 from Weller, the 600W rework station uses three channels supporting three different tools. It's the perfect solution for all your soldering, desoldering and hot air jobs. The WXR 3031 provides versatility and is compatible with a wide range of tips and accessories, also with two integrated pumps. The pumps allow the system to be independent of separate compressed air supply. The WXR 3031 rework station includes a power unit, soldering and desoldering iron, hot air iron, vacuum pick up tool, desoldering nozzle pliers and soldering iron rests.

Power Unit

Part of the WXR 3031 set the WXR 3 from Weller, this digitally controlled soldering station uses an LCD display, that can easily track the temperatures for the tools selected. The WXR 3 station supports up to three tools at 200W each. The station an additional port for USB to datalog and parameter configurations.

The power unit has a temperature range is from 100°C to 450°C (212°F to 842°F), offering a great deal of flexibility for various soldering applications. The Weller WXR 3 soldering station is ESD protected and offers a temperature accuracy of ±9°C. There is a 3.5mm jack plug and socket on the back of the soldering unit for equipotential bonding. Equipotential bonding enables you to be ESD safe by joining metalwork that may be earthed, to avoid any potential malfunctions from ESD.

Soldering Iron

Part of this WX 3030 soldering set is the WXP 120 soldering iron, this high performance and ergonomically designed iron is great for accurate soldering. The 120W intelligent soldering iron is ideal for medium and large components with average energy demand. Interchangeable heating elements provide a great deal of flexibility when using different soldering iron tips. Easy to change out XT tips enable to quickly change out a tip if required for different tasks.

Desoldering Iron

The WXDP 120 desoldering iron is high-performance and intelligent iron is capable for most desoldering applications. Equipped with an integrated solder collector, which constructed from glass allowing the iron to be stored whilst still warm. Designed to be used with the WDH 70 soldering iron rest.

Vacuum Pick Up Tool

Introducing the WVP vacuum pick up tool also part of the WXR 3031 set, this can easily and safely handle components. Supplied with two sizes of vacuum nipples for different applications.

Soldering Iron Rest

The Weller WDH 10/30/70 soldering iron rest is an ideal place to keep the soldering, desoldering and hot air iron when not in use. Supplied with brass metal wool for dry tip cleaning, integrated into the stand. The holder offers four positions between 30° to 80° angles for an ergonomic position.
