Schaffner FN5040 / FN5045 Series

Schaffner FN5040 / FN5045 series output filters eliminate premature motor damage caused by high DV/DT, overvoltages, cable ringing, motor overheating and eddy current losses. The output filter converts regular PWM output voltage of motor drives into a smooth sine wave with low residual ripple. Typical applications include HVAC, pumps, ventilators, conveyors, compressors, elevators, cranes and motor drives.
