The STMicroelectronics 32 bit Power Architecture automotive MCU features a high performance e200z420n3 dual core CPU operating at frequencies up to 180 MHz. It incorporates Variable Length Encoding and an enhanced modular IO subsystem, supporting up to 64 timed I/O channels with 16 bit counter resolution. Additionally, it includes a Memory Error Management Unit for the collection and reporting of memory error events, along with a cyclic redundancy check unit to ensure data integrity.
