Low Capacitance ESD Protection, 0.8pF 10kV Unidirectional Discrete TVSSP3031 Series Low Capacitance TVS Diode Arrays, part of the Littelfuse SPA™family, provide robust ESD protection for high-speed ports such as USB2.0, eSATA and Ethernet that may experience destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD) and lightning induced surge currents. They ensure excellent clamping performance due to their low dynamic resistance of 0.6 ohms. SP3031 Series devices are assembled in a SOD-882 package (0402), making them ideal for protecting high speed ports used in a variety of compact consumer products.
