Eaton Timer Relay - ETR4

Eaton ETR4 series of timing relays have been created and designed to time events through opening or closing contacts, before during or after a specified set time period. The ETR4 series of timer relays are ideal for industrial automation systems. These timer relays are a type of control relay with a time delay built in offering simple and fast set up and installation, high performance and reliability. Users will find that timer relays can typically be found within industrial applications as they play a substantial role in industrial processes. Common applications include lighting circuits, motor start control, sensitive equipment, safety control, conveyor belt sequence delay, machine, single machine automation, buildings, door locks and roller shutters HVAC, fans and water systems.

ETR4-70-A Multi-Function Timer Relay

• The ETR4-70-A features many functions including on and off delayed, fleeting contact on energisation and de-energisation, flashing, pulse initiation, on delayed, off delayed, pulse forming and pulse generation
• Complete with a connection for a potentiometer
• The changeover contact can be converted to 2 timed contacts or 1 non-delayed contact and 1 timed contact
• 2 changeover contacts
• Time range - 0.05 s to 100 h
• Has a voltage range of 24 - 240 V AC, 50/60 Hz 24 – 240 V DC
• 22.5 mm width
• The ambient temperature when open is - 25 to + 60
• The terminals have an ingress protection of IP20
• The type of electric connection is a screw connection
• Has a power consumption AC sealing and pickup up is 2 VA
• Power consumption for DC pick up and sealing is 1.8 W
