The CC2530 is an 8051-based wireless System-On-Chip designed for 2.4GHz IEEE 802.15.4 & ZigBee wireless protocol applications.

RF Frequency range: 2394 to 2507MHz

AES-128 security coprocessor
8 channel 12-Bit ADC
Battery Monitor and Temperature Sensor
