Produktdetaljer
871C Miniature Inductive Sensors
Allen Bradley 871C series miniature inductive proximity sensors are self-contained, solid-state devices designed to sense the presence of ferrous and non-ferrous metal objects without touching them. These small-barrel sensors are designed for space-critical applications where standard-size sensors simply will not fit. IO-Link enabled sensors offer advanced features and diagnostics including Automatic Device Configuration, multiple profiles, trending, descriptive tags, and device-specific parameters
Features and Benefits
IO-Link communication
Three wire operation
3 conductor, 3-pin pico or 3 pin 6 in lead
3 mm, 4 mm, and 5 mm barrel diameters
10 V dc to 30 V dc
Normally open contacts
False pulse, transient noise, reverse polarity and short circuit protections
Allen Bradley Proximity Sensor, 0.8mm Detection Range, Shielded - 871C-D1NP5-P3
Detect metal objects up to 0.8mm away with this inductive proximity sensor from Rockwell Automation's Allen Bradley range. The miniature barrel size, at just 25mm long, makes it ideal for use where space is tight. Vacuum potting gives it a long service life and a high maximum switching frequency of 5 kHz enables fast detection. The unit's IO-Link interface means data is delivered efficiently to a control centre. Sensors of this kind are commonly used in factory automation.
• IP67 rating indicates it's dust-tight and will withstand immersion in water for 30 minutes
• Flush mounting means you can integrate it smoothly into your system
• Operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C makes it suitable for harsh environments
• Shielding protects the sensor from electromagnetic interference, maintaining signal quality
• Stainless steel housing stands up to corrosion to give the sensor durability in harsh environments

What can an inductive proximity sensor detect?
An inductive proximity sensor can only detect metal targets. It can recognise both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and can do that through opaque plastic.
