Tektronix Mixed Domain Oscilloscopes MDO4000C Series

Tektronix MDO4000C mixed domain oscilloscopes offer fast acquisition, selectable record length and a full suite of automated measurements to help resolve debug challenges quickly. Add-ons and accessories are available separately, enabling users to customise and upgrade at time of purchase and into the future. Options available separately include: logic analyzer MDO4MSO ( 908-2846 ), with 16 digital channels and supplied with general purpose logic probe P6616 and accessories; arbitrary function generator MDO4AFG ( 908-2843 ), with 13 predefined waveforms and arbitrary waveform generation. Accessories available separately include GPIB to USB adapter TEK-USB-488 ( 113-143 ) & rack mount kit RMD3000 ( 697-8794 ). Fields of application of MDO4000C scopes cover embedded design, power design, EMI troubleshooting, education and manufacturing test/troubleshooting.

This oscilloscope includes a spectrum analyser, arbitrary/function generator, logic analyser, protocol analyser and DVM/frequency counter. It has fast acquisition, selectable record length and a full suite of automated measurements to help resolve debug challenges quickly.
