The ATMEGA168PB-XMINI Xplained Mini Board is designed to evaluate the ATmega168PB microcontroller.

Applications include home appliances (cooking, refrigeration, washing), home entertainment (remote control), industrial automation (industrial communications, instruments, PLC and I/O modules, sensors), Internet of Things (wearables), smart energy (gas and water meters), mobile electronics (GPS for fleet management, asset/vehicle/personal tracking, mobile phones, portable audio players, portable games consoles, tablets, notebooks) and PC peripherals (PC accessories).

Beneficial characteristics of the Xplained Pro platform are the integration of Atmel Studio, the inclusion of Atmel software framework drivers and demo code and support streaming data.
