ERNI ERmet 2.0 mm Hard Metric Female Connectors

ERmet 2.0 mm Hard Metric female connectors with a high density modular design supported by international connector standards IEC 61076-4-101. These ERmet 2.0 mm HM female connectors can support various PCB arrangements including daughtercard, extender card, backplane and board to board applications. The 2.00 mm pitch signal contacts of these female connectors have a dual beam leaf design which provides equalized signal path lengths for high signalling performance. The right angle mounting ERmet 2.0 mm HM female connectors are available with integrated upper ground return shields. The vertical mount versions are available with optional shielding contact rows for optimum performance. Versions are also available with location pegs for improved rigidity and polarisation on the PCB. The press fit terminations on these ERmet 2.0 mm Hard Metric female connectors enable simple and secure PCB mounting. These ERmet 2.0 mm Hard Metric female connectors are available in Type A, B & C configurations and various modular widths.

Applications

These ERmet 2.0 mm HM connectors have also gained widespread acceptance is the interconnect system for CompactPCI. The right angle ERmet 2.0 mm Hard Metric female connectors are for use in daughter card and extender card applications. The vertical mount versions in backplane, board to board and mezzanine applications.
