ADuCM350 Precision Meter-on-Chip

The ADuCM350 device is a 16-bit precision, low-power meter-on-a-chip based on an ARM Cortex-M3 processor core. The ADuCM350 is designed with high-precision current, voltage and impedance measurement capabilities. It can be powered by a single coin-cell making it suitable for portable device applications. Suitable applications for the ADuCM350 include point-of-care medical diagnostics and wearable devices monitoring vital signs.

• 16-bit 160kSPS precision ADC with 4 voltage, 8 current measurement channels & impedance measurement engine
• Autonomous analogue front-end (AFE) controller with independent sequencer for AFE functions
• Excitation stage consisting of a Direct Digital Synthesizer/Arbitrary Waveform Generator with 12-bit DAC
• Complex impedance measurement engine based on 2048-point Discrete Fourier Transform with Hann windowing
• 16MHz Cortex-M3 core processor with 384KB Flash memory, 32KB SRAM, 16KB Flash-configured EEPROM
• I²S serial audio output
• Audio 'beeper' interface for piezoelectric speaker
• LCD controller supports driving up to 128 segments
• SPI, I²C and UART serial interfaces
• USB 2.0 Full Speed serial port
• 66 x GPIO pins
• 3 x 16-bit GP Timers, Watch Dog Timer and Wake-Up Timer
• Real-Time Clock
• Pin for optional supercapacitor providing RTC backup
• Capacitive touch subsystem with up to six capacitive touch channels
• Power supply: +2.5 to +3.6Vdc
• Can be powered from a coin-cell
• 4 x Power modes: Active, Core Sleep, System Sleep and Hibernate
• Operating temperature range: -40 to +85°C
